What is Pro Dreams?
Founded in 2022, the Pro Dreams Combine was built to give overlooked women’s basketball players a real opportunity to go pro. We connect athletes directly with scouts, agents, and GMs, offering the exposure and credibility needed to secure overseas contracts. Since launching, over 20 players have signed professionally through our platform.
Pro Dreams has quickly grown into more than a combine. We are a community and a movement built around access, empowerment, and opportunity. We’re creating a space where players can showcase their talent, build connections, and take control of their professional journey.
With a vision to become the leading global platform for aspiring women pros, Pro Dreams continues to expand its reach, impact, and resources to support athletes on and off the court.
Services we offer
Resume building
We help you create a clean, professional basketball resume that shows teams who you are as a player. Your stats, experience, and strengths are organized in a way that overseas coaches and scouts can easily review when considering you for opportunities.
Team placement
We work directly with trusted agencies and overseas teams to learn about roster openings during peak signing season. Through this service, we help connect you with teams that match your level, needs, and opportunities available.
This service may be paid by either the player or the agency once a placement is made. Final agreements are coordinated with all parties, and the contract is signed directly with the team we connect you with.
Mentorship
If you have questions about playing overseas or want additional guidance beyond your agent, we match you with a professional mentor to support you throughout your season. Your mentor provides weekly check-ins, 24/7 text support, help understanding contracts, and ongoing advice to make your overseas experience smoother and more successful.

Meet the Founder - Briana Williams
Pro Dreams was created in 2022 by Briana Williams, a veteran who has played professional basketball overseas from 2016- 2022.
She played in Montenegro, Czech Republic, Qatar, Germany and Kosovo. She graduated with her degree in Sports Business Management from Mercer University in 2015 and also has since become a Certified Sports Performance Coach (NASM, PES), Sports Nutrition Coach (NASM, CSNC), and event curator.
She is now an Assistant Coach in Saudi Arabia focusing on Player Development for the Women’s Professional team and 18u girls.
Briana started the Pro Dreams Women’s Overseas Combine after she encountered many of her peers who had finished college, still loved the game of basketball and wanted to continue to play at the professional level. Many of whom just didn't know the steps to take or how to even come across the right opportunity to do so.
That prompted Briana to change that narrative and present players with the opportunity to be guaranteed to be seen by FIBA certified coaches, teams and agents who she has a personal relationship with, by curating the Pro Dreams Combine. The mission is create an environment of community and opportunity with the game of basketball that will elevate each person and player involved, ultimately helping to make their Pro Dreams come true.
